Shipping Policy

In the event that additional shipping charges are required, you will get an E-Mail with a link for the difference and an explanation of the additional charge.

Items will be shipped via Standard US Ground delivery - UPS, FEDEX, or USPS Priority.

We do not ship product based only on a purchase order, payment must be made by credit card on the website or by phone. If you prefer to send a check your order will ship after we verify the check has cleared.

For ALL overnight and second day air shipping we MUST have a credit card on file for you. 
Many of our overnight and second day air orders ship from the factory and we have no way to determine the cost of the shipping at the time of the order.

We always recommend that you double check all entries made with regard to your shipping address information. Remember to note any suite numbers, contact names, and phone numbers to help in expediting your delivery.

Visible damage to the packaging of an item should be thoroughly inspected before accepting the delivery, and must be noted on freight delivery form. All accepted boxes should be opened and inspected within 24 hours from receipt of delivery. Any damage to products must be reported to the freight carrier within 24 hours of delivery. Items must remain in their original packaging and include all packing material, broken pieces, etc.

Applicable Sales Tax applies to shipments in the State of Florida.
